I finally decided to make one for myself! Wahoo! This one only took one attempt. My winter coat is black wool. So this gray will go well with it. The flower is not permanently attached, so you can wear it just plain. Or do like I did and attach the flower using a "blingy" pin. I have several pins that I can use, depending on my mood. So they are for adults as well. I plan to wear mine! Super comfortable.
I'm considering sewing in a silky type of lining. That way it won't mess up my hair. We'll see what happens. If I succeed, I'll make a post....if I don't just assume it turned out bad. Lol !
Welcome!
These are the crocheted things I have made. I do take custom orders, so just shoot me an email with any questions you may have.

Naturally Beautiful!
Well...these took entirely too many attempts. But alas! I have succeeded! These will fit 0-3 months. The green yarn is actually 73% bamboo! The bamboo yarn is super soft.
The hat is what gave me most of the trouble. I think next I will work on a hat for me. Or maybe some blue shoes...who knows. We'll see where the wind blows.

Hook em' Mary Janes
Well I am originally from Texas, and being an Army wife, we tend to be misplaced for a while. And being from Texas, I am a huge UT fan. Not to say that everyone from Texas is a UT fan, it just so happens to be the school in Texas that I support. My daughter and I get all decked out on game day, just to watch it on television. I know. Lol. So when I found some burnt orange yarn, I had to make something! The same day I found a book on crocheting the CUTEST shoes! So after several attempts, I finally got a pair I was happy with.
Unfortunately, they are sized for a 0-3 month old. So after some tinkering, I managed a pattern to fit my little girl and they are super cute!

Coordinating!
With the success of the first 3 hats, I decided it was time to make my little girl a coordinating set to match her winter coat. Her coat being bright pink and purple. So here is the hat and the scarf to match.
I made the scarf much thinner this time, and it fits her just perfectly. I can wrap it around her neck several times or what I mainly do is double it up and wrap around her neck and tuck the ends into her coat. Truly super cute!
Turquoise!
Who doesn't love turquoise on little girls? It's just soo cute! With this hat, I used a much larger yarn, and so it's pretty stiff. It can stand on it's own! Lol...with the trim on this one, I decided to make a flapper style. It's not perfect, but it looks cute on.
Pink and Brown
I love the colors pink and brown. My little girls room is entirely pink and brown! So it was only natural that the next hat I made would be pink and brown. This time I decided to add a little trim work at the bottom, nothing fancy, but just something to give it a little more umph! Lol
Instead of a sparkly jewel, I found these big pink buttons and thought that would suit this hat more than bling.
First!
Well my sister made a hat for my little girl. And after getting it and seeing it, I decided that this was something I could do as well. So I tried and I think my first attempt was pretty good!
I originally didn't plan to make a scarf, but it turned out pretty good. The scarf ended up being too wide for my little girl, but I just double it over. Let me know what ya think!
